Its a successful strategy, today, Western Rim owns 10400 existing units with 5200 units in the pipeline for development.
When Marcus started Newport classic homes he had very little capital to get started. It was just a dream and lots of hard work in the beginning. He survived on no money and reinvested everything back into the business. There were times where he only just had enough cash-flow for payroll. Marcus Hiles persevered and built one of the largest property development firms in Texas.
One key strategy of Marcus was investing in private parklands, lakes, streams and other amenities which helped to make his communities the most desirable places to live. Marcus also gives parklands and other natural assets to the general public. To date these donations of parkland are valued over US$4million.
All of the communities Newport Classic Homes develops, have signature amenities in close proximity. Attractions such as world class golf courses, baseball stadiums, world class restaurants and shopping centers can all be found near the apartment communities.
